Retry once (most errors are transient). If it persists, email us the source type (PDF, URL, etc.) and we'll dig in.

Can I get a refund?

Yes — if a plan isn't working for you, email us within your billing period and we'll sort it out. Anything you exported is yours to keep.

Do you offer help for schools or teams?
