Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. One person or team per account; don't share credentials.

You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to create an account.

Credits and the Pro plan

Every new account starts with free credits. Generation spends credits — one credit per question produced. A paid plan (Lite from $7.50/month, Standard from $25/month) replaces per-question metering with a monthly question quota: generate what your teaching genuinely needs; automated bulk abuse is not permitted.

Paid credit packs never expire. Pro renews until you cancel; on cancellation you keep Pro until the end of the period you've already paid for, then revert to the free tier.

Your content

You keep all rights to the sources you upload and the questions you generate. We don't claim ownership of your material.

You're responsible for having the right to use the sources you upload, and for reviewing generated questions before you deliver them. QuizRoom cites every question to its source, but you are the final check.

Acceptable use

Don't use QuizRoom to break the law, infringe others' rights, or generate content from material you have no right to use. Don't attempt to disrupt the service or circumvent metering, rate limits, or the fair-use policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep QuizRoom available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the product evolves. If we make a material change to these terms we'll update the date above.

Liability

QuizRoom is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the prior 12 months.
